We value your trust and aim for 100 percent satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services, we follow a clear refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
- A refund may be considered only if the project or service has not yet started.
- Once work has commenced or access to digital deliverables has been granted, refunds are not applicable.
- For subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle.
Refund Process
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original mode of payment.
- Requests must be sent in writing to our official email address with clear reasoning.
Exceptions
- No refunds will be issued for completed work or services where time and resources have been invested.
- Partial refunds may be granted under special circumstances, solely at our discretion.
